HELP : TMS WEB CORE LAST VERSION FAILED WITH INVALID LICENCE

Hello
the latest version of TWC has installed (v1.9.5368).
I re-registered my license with success, but when I use my project there is an error
"Invalid TMS WEB Core license! You can purchase a license at https://www.tmssoftware.com/site/tmswebcorevsc.asp#product-buy-online and get a trial key at TMS Software | Products"
I have restart the ide, my pc but no issue.
