Can not run a web Core App

I keep getting this error message:

Invalid TMS WEB Core license! You can purchase a license at TMS WEB Core Framework for creating modern web applications and get a trial key at TMS Software | Products

My license is valid, I'm an All Access customer.

Are you effectively downloading & installing the latest registered version after login on our website under "Account / My Products" and NOT trying to activate the trial version download with credentials of a registered version?

AS far as I know I have not downloaded anything today. I just hit F9 in the IDE on an app (WebCore) I have been working on.

It started when your web site was off line, does WebCore check the license on every F9?
