Just updated today to the latest WebCore VSC edition and are experiencing problem when initiating the design panel on VS Code 1.62.2 (Web Core 1.9.5207). All have been reinstalled and set up from scratch. Linux edition used is latest Linux Mint 64 bit (also tested on KUbuntu latest with same result) :
Checked for if the extension is restricted in VS but could not see any restrictions. In Windows this looks to be ok.

Please, check the installed packages, maybe some of them need to be recompiled. We are looking forward to improve the UX for this scenario.

It is just core TMS Web Core VSC that is installed. Have not added any other packages currently (or is it the core components I need to recompile ?).

What do you see when you do
View -> Command Palette -> TMS Install Packages ?

That helped. Thought I had removed the packages when I reinstalled VSC + WebCore (and removed the .vscode directory). Used the "TMS:Install packages" to remove the references to the packages and now it is working (going to update them as well later anyway) .
