We are attempting to have templates for our dbplanner where the planner items are limited to a Time Frame, Type of Item and Number of items in a given time frame. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
For example: Beauty Shop can do 3 haircuts and 2 pedicures an hour. We want to show the available appointments for each hour by type and display 3 open haircut and 2 pedicures. Once the appointment is scheduled we modify the information displayed.
Has anyone implemented anything similar? Currently, we are using a “template table” and loading nondb items to the planner but we think it might be best to add them to the table connected to the planner.
Any suggestions?
