Have you ensured you have latest TMS Smart Setup version? Which version are you using? You can check that by running tms version from the command-line.
I downloaded both today
TMS Version 1.6
Is there any chance you might have other copies of tms.exe in your computer? Can you please send the logs.zip file generated by TMS Smart Setup?
Thank you for the log files. The error indicated in the log files is different from the one you mentioned in your first post.
This is log output:

Please make sure you uninstall all TMS products that were previously installed using the legacy installers.
Then you can proceed with installing them using TMS Dashboard.
No Tms program can be seen nder controlpanel/Program
but they all show up when starting delphi
Now I installed Delphi 12.3
Remowed all TMS from Controlpanel/Program
except for smartsetup
Restarted my computer
Started dashbord
this is what I get

Have you ensured you have latest TMS Smart Setup version? The latest version is v1.7. Which version are you using? You can check that by running tms version from the command-line.
When exactly does this message appear? Does it occur during the installation of a particular product, or does it happen regardless of which product you're trying to install?
I am using 1.7
But I will wait to use the product until its ready.
That means that it can remove whatever necessary and install ALL my products without my help.
Until then I am stuck with the old ways that are fuctuning

I had a similar issue using version 1.7. The dashboard interface was displaying the same generic error 'Required parameter was not specified'. I uninstalled all of my current tools like mentioned above and was still not able to install the new version.
In the log files in the smart setup folder the message is 'Access token expired, retrieving a new one'. My credentials were valid in the dashboard interface and I was able to log into the TMS website and see my subscription is active.
I figured out that running the smart setup application directly worked much better. My credentials were incorrect in the smart setup application and the only way to update them was in the smart setup interface. From there I used Smart Setup to install the VCL UI pack and didn't use the dashboard and I didn't have any more issues.
I will still wait until the dashboard is ready
I do not want to spend time and then find out that it did not work and have to reinstall the old way again
We can only improve it with feedback. Well, we can improve it better and faster if we have feedback.
Was it also the case with tmsgui? I mean, is the situation:
tms.exe -> works
tmsgui.exe -> works
dashboard -> fails
or
tms.exe -> works
tmsgui.exe -> fails
dashboard -> fails
It would be great if more information could be provided, i.e., steps to reproduce the issue, log files generated right after the error, etc.
I removed both
Web core and TMS Buissniss with controlpanel/Programs
Restarted my computer
After that I installed Smart Setup and dashboard
And dashboard did not install anything it just hung
Vent back to the old way of installing and started programming for an other 3 weaks
Did a new download of both Smart Setup and dashboard just to make shure
and started the same procedure as the first time
With the same bad result

Now I will wait for a version that will not force me to take away anything Just a version that can fix update and installing in the setup that Im running
I'm sorry, but both TMS Smart Setup and TMS Dashboard are working for many, many people.
I am not saying it's perfect, you might indeed have hit a bug in it.
But:
Again, that's nearly almost nothing we can do with the information you provided.
I think Dashboard is a total disaster for the BIZ suite.
When it offers updates, it screws the machine in a way it’s not usable anymore. So make a snapshot before trying if you run a VM.
You have to uninstall each BIZ components in a very specific order (reverse install order).
Then once uninstalled, RadStudio complains about missing BPL related to the BIZ components (all of them), so uninstalling them via Dashboard doesn’t clean the registry correctly.
Worse: once you try to reinstall them, thinking it’s clean after the uninstall, Dashboard finally installs all BIZ components in the right order, but then, RadStudio doesn’t see them and still complains about each BPL being missing. If you acknowledge to try to reload them during the next RadStudio launch, it won’t find them either.
Now if you want to update just one component by selecting it from the “update” list, it will reinstall everything that is already installed, without considering your selection (which renders this useless). Probably for dependencies.
Dashboard has no problems with FNC installs though.
I fully gave up on Dashboard and install all BIZ components by hand, hoping that TSMSoftware won’t stop providing them as separate downloads.
If you did that using the installer from the latest version released this month, you used the same mechanism, as the "separate install" also uses Smart Setup.
Go through the troubleshooting to solve your issues:

Win 64 ARM in a Parallels VM Latest RadStudio 13
Clean install in an out of the box Windows 11 VM
No upgrade from older RadStudio
All packages installed via Dashboard.

Dashboard: Updates available > Show updates
BIZ
select all
Update
OK 0 errors
Launch RadStudio Biz ok
IDE Loads them correctly
Relaunch dashboard, shows FNC updates
Update
ok 0 errors
Launch RadStudio
ERRORS. Not related to FNC but to all BIZ component that loaded without trouble earlier
Can’t load package /.tmssetup/build/bpl/Win32/dcltmsbcl370.bpl
%1 is not a valid Win32 application
Same for Sparkle, then Aurelius, Remotedb, XData, Sphinx
Those bpl are present but seem to be binary incompatible
That error is NOT in the troubleshooting page

Launch RadStudio
All packages load correctly. Including BIZ
You might want to investigate why the BIZ look screwed in the first place after the FNC update, that’s not supposed to be related to BIZ
Hard to tell without proper information, at least the log files.
Smart Setup has been steady solid for TMS BIZ products for a while already.
