I have my own components. I'm getting an error when trying to compile
[dcc32 Fatal Error] TMSVCLUIPackPkgDXE13.dpk (176): E2225 Never-build package 'rtl' must be recompiled
[dcc32 Fatal Error] JasotComponents.dpk (43): E2202 Required package 'TMSVCLUIPackPkgDXE13' not found
What about that?
W10, D 11. I also have D 10.4.2 installed
Must be due to JasotComponents.dpk which is not a TMS package.
If this is D11, the dependency should be changed to TMSVCLUIPackPkgDXE14

I assume that if I want it for both D10.4 and D1, I will have to use directives.
