cant install in delphi 11.2 patch 1 tms fnc websockets

hello Support,

try to install v. 1.0.1.0 unsuccessfully.
problems to install fnc core in tms subscription manager, but is installed.

in subscription manager, fnc core appears 2 times,
must install by setup.

I can't install manually or with the instructions in the manual.

can you help me, please?

What kind of error do you get in the IDE?
Is there an install .log file under c:\users<USERNAME>\AppData\local\tmssoftware ?
If so, send this .log file by direct email to support (as this .log file contains sensitive information)
