I renewed my expired Web Core account. Order Confirmation page says " Check your account, it's already there!
For your purchase, a new account has been created on our website.
Your login details have been sent to the registered email address."
I have NOT received login details. My account only shows previous purchases. My email address is
drbob@tracesystemsinc.com.
Please help!

Can you please verify your mailbox isn't blocking email delivery from info@tmssoftware.com

Yes, sorry, the credentials email arrived in my inbox shortly after I posted this support request. I have downloaded the 1.8 GB TMSWebCoreSetupWrapper.zip file, which contains a Setup.exe rather than using the TMS Subscription Manager. I am about to start running Setup.exe.
