This is insane. Thank you for all the effort you put in this.
For point 1. would it be an Option to pass a parameter to tmssmartsetup for the LANGDIR? So without the parameter it behaves as it does now and passing the Parameter links against the localized versions of the Libs?
For point 2. Thanks for the clarification.
Changing the order of the libs didn't worked for me - but there are much more Libs in our Project, so i think there are a few other Libs that would have been to be reordered.
But - at least for now - it works. Hopefully Embarcadero is fixing this before it happens the next time
