A combination of TTMSFNCPanel and TTMSFNCGrid and TTMSFNCSplitter not work

OS: Debian 10 LXDE 64bit
Lazarus 2.0.12
FPC 3.2.0

When I put on the form TTMSFNCPanel.

Then I set up TMSFNCGrid1
TMSFNCGrid1.Align := alTop;

and

TMSFNCSplitter1

TMSFNCSplitter1.Align := alTop;

and

TMSFNCGrid2
TMSFNCGrid2.Align := alClient;

When i try to use it i get the next error:

[Gjalt_Vanhouwaert]
