TMS FNC UI Pack v3.6.0.0

To install the package I had to change the letter b to B and that

LCLTMSFNCEditorToolbar.pas -> LCLTMSFNCEditorToolBar.pas

and

LCLTMSFNCUIPackPkg

uses LCLTMSFNCEditorToolbar, -> LCLTMSFNCEditorToolBar,
