We have form using your tool bar and this seems to stop the normal Window snap to side functionality. We are primarily using the advanced tool bar and sub components.
Are we doing something wrong or is this a known bug.
This is a known shortcoming. In order to make the form with ribbon appear with a thin border, we needed to make give the form non-sizeable style (we override the behavior programmatically to still make it sizeable) and Windows refuses to apply the snap to a window with non-sizeable style. We have unfortunately so far not found a workaround.
