We are trying to Install the TMS VCL Instrumentation Workshop for Embarcadero 10.3.3 C++.
The installation fails. The log file is attached.
Could you please advise how to resolve this issue?

The error I see is:
MSVCLIWPkgDXE12.dpk(31): error E2202: Required package 'vcl' not found [C:\tmssoftware\TMS VCL Instrumentation Workshop\TMSVCLIWPkgDXE12.dproj]
This means there is an issue with the library path. The path where your Delphi VCL.DCP file is located should be part of your library path. Please revise, correct and retry.
