I deleted the ".tmssetup" folder and the "tms build -full" woked fine.
On a side note, I don't know if it's related, but I also changed the "PCI Express" setting to "moderate power savings" (from "Maximum Power Savings") in the advanced power settings. Even though the CPU went to 100%, my PC didn't crash. I hope it will stay that way
