there is any way to download it in a local specified path ?

The instruction under [Whatsnew] is always downloaded to the TEMP folder.
If you want to download this to a different folder, I'd suggest to also add this URL to a [fileX] section.
The problem is that the URL -> .inf file is not downloaded in the temp win dir and whatsnew fail ! I this there are some problems in the win temp dir ... there is anyway to do all in memory ? with stream for example ...
It is currently not implemented to use a stream. It downloads to the TEMP folder. What I meant was to add the download as fileX in addition to the instruction under [whatsnew] if you want to have this what's new info for some reason in another folder.
