TWebImage problems in GIF and BMP/JPG

Hi, I am using TWebImage (ver 10.7.4.1) and I found 2 problems:

1- GIF images look bad, it leaves "dirty" pixels from frame to frame. Impossible to use
2- BMP/JPG images do not draw the first line of pixels.

I have sample images, but I don't know how to attach them to the report.

I have tested in the Trial of v13 and the same thing happens.

  1. Are images being stretched?
  2. I cannot see such issue here. Can you provide an URL of such images so we can test here?
