TTMSFNCStylesManager not styling controls inside frame

Hello,

when any control is inside a frame owned by the form, all controls owned by frame are not having the style applied, as you can se in image and the snippet code.

even dropping a style component inside the frame, it does not apply the style to the controls.

We have applied an fix, next version of TMS FNC Core will have this fix included.
