TMSWEBCORE Installer doesn't finish to install and the window remains opened

Hello,
I'm trying to install on a new laptop the latest version of TMSWEBCORE.
The installer does not finish the installation and the window remains open so I need to kill the instance.
I installed Lazarus 3.0.
