We are also able to reproduce this, but we need to further investigate this here. It could be possible that this is a bug in FireMonkey. Please note that when selecting the tmsfmxtableview1style1tmsfmxbarbuttonstyle1: TRectangle element in the structure window, that the style is correct.

We have further investigated this here and it seems that this is (again) an issue in RAD Studio 10 Seattle update 1. We have created a QC report on this issue:
