TMSFNCWxHTMLMemo ReadOnly and text selection

It would be nice, if a TMSFNCWxHTMLMemo's text can be selected, even if ReadOnly is True.

Hi,

This looks to be the default behaviour except for WEB. We fixed it for WEB too, the next version will contain the necessary changes.
