TMSFNCHINT - HintHideDelay as property instead constant in sourcecode.
For some users it would be nice to be able to set the hint showing time somewhat longer then standard.
Would be nice if we could do this with a property in the future.
This is because it maps on the underlying framework hint handling, i.e. what is defined when using the FNC component in VCL for example.
Not sure if this translates to exposing this at component level for all frameworks where FNC works. We will need to investigate this.
