TMSFMXNativeUIRichTextViewToolBar doesn't synchronise with TMSFMXNativeUIRichTextView

Hi

TMSFMXNativeUIRichTextViewToolBar doesn't synchronise with TMSFMXNativeUIRichTextView just when a selection exists but when you move the caret inside the text (by taping) then not.How to synchronise in the last case?
