Rad Studio XE7 update 1. TMSFMXMemo version 1.5.1.0
Create a new C++ Firemonkey project.
Put a TMSFMXMemo onto the form.
Set Align to Client.
Compile and run.
Double click anywhere in the form before doing anything else
Access violation error comes up for module TMSFMXPackPkgDXE7.bpl read of address 0000003A.
Address varies each time it is run.
Single click does not cause it, only double click.
After closing the warning box, it does not happen again until it is run again.
Note that typing anything into the editor the access violation does not occur.
Appears to be a start-up initialization issue of a variable not getting initialized or
something like that for double clicks.

The next version will address this.
