TMS Webcore Delphi 10.3

Our school uses Delphi 10.3. I have signed up for the webcore add-on, but the version for download seems to be for Delphi 10.4. I tried running the installer in any case, but I have no access to webcore within the IDE.

Could I possibly gain access to webcore for 10.3? Perhaps I am doing something wrong? Thanks

Our academic version targets the Delphi Community Edition, which is at this moment v10.4.
If you cannot use the (free) Delphi Community Edition for some reason, you can use the TMS WEB Core trial version for 10.3
