TMS VCL UI Pack not a valid win32 App

I ran the latest TMS VCL UI Pack setup.exe on Windows XP Service Pack 3, and I got not a valid win32 App.

I'm not sure why you see this issue.
We do not have a Windows XP machine around here anymore so cannot test it.
But on all current Windows versions, we don't see any problem.
In our process to generate this EXE, nothing changed here, this is still an InnoSetup based installer and we haven't changed the InnoSetup version for some time...
