Hi, I just updated the "vcl ui pack" to version 13.0.9.0 using the subscription manager app. All steps go well but when I run the IDE I get the error that the IDE is unable to load all .bpl files. In bpl folder, there are no files of ui package.

Send the install .log file via direct email. Without seeing details we cannot say what might have gone wrong on your system during install.
