TMS License Generator does not accept my All-Acces Registration Code

Hi, TMS License Generator pops up, but when I enter my current All-Acces-Registration Code this is not accepted, but the License Generator tells me the license was expired.
What can I do? Registration E-Mail is roland.kossow@cybertribe.de
