TMS Cryptography pack not available for 64bit

Hi
I have uninstalled and re-installed the Cryptography pack, but it is still not available for 64bit. I have installed ver 4.3.3.0 in Delphi 11.3. I have seen several posts in the forum, but not a helpful solution.
How can I solve this problem?

OK, so the components don't appear in Windows 64 in the Design mode / Palette view?

Yes, they appear. I can see them, but they are not enabled (grey colored).

Something must be wrong or misinterpreted in the dproj file.

Can you create a W32 project using a TMS CP component and once it runs well, switch to W64 (set the search path correctly) and run it?
