Is this a trial version of XE3 you're using? If so, command line compiling is indeed not supported on the XE3 trial.

I am not using the trial version.

I am a legal user.

And, I can build the TMS component pack when I use the RAD Studio XE3 trial version.

But, I can not build the application too.

How can I solve this problem?

I solved my problem.

I bought RAD Studio XE4 to build 64 bit C++ Application.

But, I spent so much time for that.

Please, test for more environment.

I meet some problem every time when I use the TMSComponent Pack.
