TInspectorBar - Help text not transparent on HelpPanel

Is there anyway to make help text transparent?
When the HelpPanel has a gradient background, the text shows with a fixed back color.

Talking about transparency, there's a Transparent property in AdvSmoothPanel, but I could not make it work.

You need to control level of transparency with AdvSmoothPanel.Fill.Opacity
