Timeline mode - side bar formatting

I want to use the planner in timeline mode with the sidebar on the left. My problem is that the formatting of the Date label in this mode seems very poor. The label is always turned vertically - which would be OK, but it is offset so far up that the data all but disappears in my layout.

 


None of the settings in Planner.display or Sidebar seem to affect the postion of the date. The only thing I can do is change the basic format using SideBar.DateTimeFormat. ShowDayName also has no effect.  

I am using ver 3.0.2.15 but none of the listed changes to the current version seem to address these issues.

We have applied an improvement that will control the position of the vertical oriented text better in the next update.
