No products are marked as installed, which is obviously incorrect.

Can you please provide more information about the issue?
- Are you using the latest version of TMS Smart Setup?
- When exactly do you see the error while using TMS Dashboard?
- Which product are you trying to install/uninstall?
Please note that products previously installed with TMS Subscription Manager or standalone installers will need to be uninstalled first before they can be managed through TMS Dashboard or TMS Smart Setup .
