Add MonthIncrement property + functionality. As in TDBMultiMonthSource.
I do not understand. The TDBMultiMonthSource component has a MonthIncrement property already.
I wrote oTDBMonthSource. Not about MULTIMonthSource.
I've already done it. I don't like the idea so much anymore
