TDBLookupInspectorEditLink - scroll & palette

Hi!

Got 2 requests and an issue with TDBLookupInspectorEditLink.

Requests:

  • register it to show in IDE Palette as other edit links.
  • set by default the DBLookupComboBox width to fill the whole property edit area width.

Issue:
When the list is dropped down and you try to scroll through it with the mouse wheel, the whole DBInspectorBar scrolls (and the combobox loses focus), even when the mouse is over the DBLookupComboBox.
