TAdvToolbarPager - change theme

Using XE10.1...


Currently, if I leave the theme as Windows (the default), then the frame header is gone, as expected.
If I change the theme to something else at design time or runtime, then the window frame header shows. 

(Not sure if the picture below will show:)

Is there a setting for this, or have I missed a step?
