TAdvRichEditor/TAdvRichEditorRTFIO fails to load file...

Hello,

Version 1.8.10.3, Delphi 10.2.3

When loading the attached file via TAdvRichEditorRTFIO.Load, it fails.
The file contents are visible via TFileOpenDialog.
It looks like it has some MS Basic code in it and if that is the issue, I am seeking a way to prevent my customers from loading files with code or handle the error gracefully.
