TadvRichEdit open RTF

I have a rtf file that i can open with word and wordpad but it doesn't work with AdvRichEditorRTFIO.Load

This RTF file is made up of embedded HTML. TAdvRichEditor does unfortunately not support RTF consisting of embedded HTML. You can see that also WordPad has problems opening this file as it displays the text but can't edit the text.
I don't know what generated this RTF, but when I open it with MS Word, save the file again, then I can open it with TAdvRichEditor.
