TAdvPopupMenu doens't display items when used in a DLL

We have one form using TAdvPopupMenu (2.7.1.12) attached to a TAdvGlowButton.
When run in a standard application the popup shows fine, but when the form is used in a DLL, the popup outline shows, with no text. The items still work as expected.

Is there something I need to add to make this work?

I retested using the TAdvPopupMenu in different ways in a form from a DLL but I cannot see such issue.
