TadvFacebook - can't connect

I have set up the application on facebook, but when I try to connect using the demo application I get the response:


"Given URL is not permitted by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not permitted by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains."

I'm obviously setting something incorrectly. Any ideas?

I have noticed that it has only let me set up the app with api version 2.2 while the highest level the component allows is 2.1 - could that be the issue?
