TabGroups Hover Color

Hi there ...

i am using the TAdvToolbar on a TAdvToolBarForm and now i added some TabGroups to the menu.
I wanted to add the same hovering effekt like on the normal tabs with white backgournd and orange color but i does not appear on the TabGroups .... i added the colors to the appearance of the TabGroups but it does not work. The selected item from the TabGroup works.

Anybody an idea on that?

Sorry, the TabGroup itself has at this time (similar to Microsoft Office) no hover effect.

I checked my Word 2016 .... there seems to be a hover effect in the tab groups ..... just to make it clear and to make sure we don't missunderstand .... i want to make the tab have a white background when hovering over it .... not the tabgroup

like in the screens of office below
