The StellarDS components that come with FNC Cloudpack work great on Web and Windows platforms.
There is TTMSFNCCloudStellarDataStoreDataSetFMX, which only supports Windows.
Is there anything planned for MacOS and/or mobile platforms?

Support for TTMSFNCCloudStellarDataStoreDataSetFMX for MacOS and Mobile platforms is planned for a future release of TMS FNC Cloud Pack.
