Setting itemIndex of TMSFNCRadioGroup does not work on FormCreate event

Hello,

I placed a TMSFNCRadioGroup component onto the form and set the itemIndex to 1 on form create event. However, I expected the second item of the RadioGroup to be checked, but it wasn't.

Thanks for reporting. We have been able to reproduce this issue here and have applied a fix. Next version will address this.
