I got the offer to renew my two licenses but I requires I enter a VAT ID, which I don't have. I fill out all the information, set it to USD, but it still show VAT charge. I click on "Go to payment" and nothing happens. How do I take advantage of this discount offer?
I suppose it is the sales tax you refer to?
Depending on the state where you are, it might be required to collect a sales tax.
And when I fill out the form as shown and press "Go To Payment" nothing happens.
Again, I assume this is the Texas sales tax.
