Problem to download paid software under "My Products"

Hi,

Can anyone of you download your Web Core under "My Products" ?
After login, I'm able to access any tab on the page https://www.tmssoftware.com/site/myaccount.asp
except https://www.tmssoftware.com/site/default.asp?t=1

Using FireFox, I get:

Using Chrome, I get:

TMS Software could not resolve this issue for me.

Do you have any special software installed on your machine like antivirus or other security tools that might interfere with the download process?
Try to whitelist our website or disable such software during install.
