Problem Installing FNC Core via Subscription Manager

Having trouble installing latest FNC Core via Subscription Manager V2.2.0.0.

FNCCore

Manager shows Available and Download as 4.2.3.0 but when I install it shows 4.2.3.1 as Installed and after install only shows the install button again. Because of this I cannot install FNC UIPack.

Any reason why this should be happening. Have previously uninstalled and deleted from Appdata/Local/tmssoftware/registered/TMS FNC Core and TMS FNC Core directories but keep getting the same result.
