I've created a map with markers. Between two markers, I create a polyline item.
I would like all polylines no draggable
Markers on my map are also not draggable..

Unfortunately it's currently not supported to disable the dragging on polylines in TMS VCL WebOSMaps.
You might want to take a look at the TMS FNC Maps which supports a newer version of the OpenLayers API than the one TMS VCL WebOSMaps is based on.
