no GlowPercentage in AdvSmoothButton v1.7.1.0

Hi,
 
I installed the last tms smooth control pack (v.4.0.3.0).
With my IDE, I can't find the new property 'GlowPercentage' in AdvSmoothButton.
I verified in code source : the comment exist "// v1.7.1.0 : New : Property GlowPercentage", but there's no implementation.
 
I think my pack is correctly installed because i see other news like new events in TadvSmoothCalendar, TadvSmoothPopup etc...
