No email from myCloudData from new account registration

I just submitted a new account request (actually twice) to and although the web site says (both times) that an email was sent, I have received no email yet (tpeterson[at]email[dot]com). I've searched all the spam traps that I know about. How long should the verification email take to arrive?

I checked here but couldn't find an account on name "Peterson".
I suggest you contact us via direct email and inform about the username you have used so we can look it up and give you the credentials.
