Hi,
Any idea when the next release is planned and will it include the TXDataWebDataset Async Open and ApplyUpdates functionality.
Thanks, it will help with planning.

Hi @Weetch_Russell,
We have no timeframe yet.
Hi @wlandgraf is it possible to have some sort of indication for the release and what is likely to be included in it especially for XData - in particular for TXDataWebClientDataset - and for Sphinx?
I'm just trying to plan our effort and it would help to know whether we need to spend time on work arounds.
Thanks
Hi @Weetch_Russell, right now we are working on supporting XData components in the new TMS Web Core web designer.
Once it's done, we will release a new version with it.
any news on this?
Plan is to release on mid December (week of day 9).
How we looking on this? ;-)
Just had a look at that post. Does it include the Async ApplyUpdates and Load for TXDataWebDataset?
I'm only asking because if the only thing in this release is the webcore design stuff then we'll skip the hassle of the upgrade. It just seems a long wait for no additional functionality.
No, I was referring to TMS Web Core Web Designer support.
Actually there is a major update in TMS Sphinx with GUI for enabling 2fa authentication:
https://doc.tmssoftware.com/biz/sphinx/guide/loginapp.html#two-factor-authentication-setup
Now that is a reason to update. Thanks
But I still really, really would like the TXDataWebDataset Async stuff for Christmas
Merry Christmas to all at TMS and all the users here
asking hopefully.
Any update on when we can expect the async appyupdates and load?
@wlandgraf any time line on the Async Apply and Load for TXDataDataset? Even with a small handful of datasets it is a nightmare to manage through the AfterApplyUpdates and AfterOpen events.
We are rebuilding the intranet module of our software and async on load would be very usefull...
We will work to have it in the next version.
If you get it in the next version I'll publish a couple of TMS related blogs. I'm thinking a couple of these :
That would be very interesting, looking forward to it!
