Needs continuousForm to show records from a dataset.

Hello,
We need a component which act as a continuous form showing many records from a dataset, just like the continuous form in Microsoft Access, with the ability of the end user to easily add, edit and delete its containing record(s).
If you have, please we needs a working demo.
